Amsterdam, Aug. 3 - Groupe Danone SA of France is on track with the preparations for its bid for Dutch Babyfood and nutritional supplement company Royal Numico NV, Jean-Marc Huet, Chief Financial Officer of Numico, said in a conference call Friday.
Danone announced its EUR12.3 billion bid for Numico, which owns food brands such as Olvarit, Bambix and Nutrilon, on July 9.
