PURAC Increases Its Sales Prices Globally

March 14 - PURAC will increase its sales prices worldwide for the product categories lactic acid, lactates, gluconic acid and gluconates. The price increase differs per product category but will be10% or higher. The new sales prices will be effective immediately or as sales contracts allow.

Production costs have increased substantially due to higher costs for raw materials, chemicals, energy and transport resulting in the necessity for PURAC to increase its sales prices globally. 

In order to limit price increases per product category as much as possible PURAC will continue to work on innovative, cost effective solutions and on creating procurement efficiencies.
