Russia: Synergy Founds Distribution Branch in Ukraine

24 July 2008 - In the framework of operational plans' realization, connecting with the export development, Synergy founded its own branch in Ukraine – “Synergy Market Ukraine”.

The major tasks of the new structure will be distribution network development and coordination of all marketing and merchandising activities in Ukraine. “Synergy Market Ukraine” will have in its disposal the following Company’s federal brands: “Beluga” and “Myagkov”.

Oleg Volohovich – former Director of Myagkov Trade House – was appointed as CEO of the new Synergy’s branch in Ukraine.

Synergy’s Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Sergey Molchanov, pointed out that: “This decision became logical step in the Company’s strategy of products’ expansion in the neighboring countries, among which Ukraine is one of higher priority due to its market volume. With the help of the new structure we are planning to strengthen Company’s position in super-premium and sub-premium segments of Ukrainian distilled spirits market”.
