DSM Nutritional Products Increases Prices for Beta-Carotene and Lycopene

19 August, 2008 - DSM Nutritional Products announces a global price increase for Beta-Carotene and Lycopene.

Further to recent announcements of price increases for fat soluble vitamins, the Carotenoids, Beta-Carotene and Lycopene, marketed in the human nutrition industries, will now increase in price by a minimum of 10% for all newly contracted business.

These price increases are driven by sharp increases in raw material prices, energy and transportation costs. Please contact your local DSM Nutritional Products representative for further information.
