8 September 2008 - Brazilian juice maker Cutrale has acquired Lara, an orange juice company located in Silves, Portugal, the Brazilian media reports.
Cutrale will manage the next orange-juice crop, the reports said.
Cutrale, a family-owned company, has 45,000 hectares of citrus groves in Brazil and 20,000 hectares in California.
