Lawrence, Mass., Sept. 22 - Ian's, a leading manufacturer of all-natural and organic foods for kids, today announced that it has acquired products manufactured under the California-based Healthy Handfuls brand.
Healthy Handfuls is a maker of animal-shaped USDA certified organic snack foods for kids on the go. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The addition of Healthy Handfuls snack boxes and pouches expands Ian's portfolio of all-natural and organic meal and snack offerings for families. As is the case with all of the products sold under the Ian's brand, Healthy
Handfuls are also made with the highest-quality natural and organic ingredients and do not contain hydrogenated oils, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.
