Moscow, Oct 7 - Russian food retail chain Magnit said on Tuesday its nine-month net retail revenue rose by 51.4 percent in dollar terms to $3.86 billion, helped by new store openings.
Magnit, which opened 208 new outlets in the period to bring its total to 2,405, saw net revenue -- which does not include value-added tax -- rise 40.6 percent in rouble terms, the company said in a preliminary results statement.
Like-for-like sales in mature stores rose by around 28 percent in dollar terms, year-on-year, and by 19 percent in rouble terms, the company said.
