Istrabenz May Sell 95% Stake in Leading Slovenian Food Producer Droga Kolinska

21 November 2008 - Slovenian tourism-to-energy holding firm Istrabenz is planning to put up for sale its 95% stake in leading food producer Droga Kolinska in an attempt to cover debt.

Istrabenz's net profits in the first nine months have reportedly fallen significantly mainly due to higher costs of interest, local sources said.

It is understood that Istrabenz said that the sale of Droga Kolinska will depend on the value of the bids received.
